Yuanming Chu is the founder and president of Alpha Variance Solutions. After over ten years of achieving success and gaining experience implementing Dynamics AX as a solutions architect, Yuanming started Alpha Variance Solutions in 2015 as a Microsoft Partner specializing in retail, financial accounting, and professional services.

She has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the East China University of Science and Technology and graduated with an M.S.E in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Federico has been here since day one, helping to create the AVS vision and provide experienced leadership to the company. After many years of working in the corporate development space in a variety of sectors including Learning and Change Management for large and small companies as well as leading his ventures, he is now the VP of AVS and looking forward to helping to create opportunities for those that are underrepresented and empowering everyone in his path.

As a senior-level operating officer in the areas of optimizing, streamlining, and changing organizations and operational processes, Jan has extensive experience with Operations, Strategy and Policy making, implementation of changes and ERP systems, change management, and project-/program management globally. Jan’s hobbies include visiting concerts anywhere in the world, conducting percussion bands, and playing golf.

Michelle McGrath joined Alpha Variance Solutions in May 2023 as an Associate Functional Consultant F&O. Michelle completed a degree in Accounting and MBA and has ten years of accounting experience.  Most recently she worked for the last five years as a Senior Tax Accountant at a CPA firm. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, both in the USA and Europe. After becoming certified by Microsoft in D365 Finance and Operations, she now works helping to deliver successful implementations to AVS clients.

Originally born in Cambridge, England, Michelle now lives in the Lakes Region in New Hampshire. She loves to travel and to spend time volunteering in local community projects.

Nishant Sekhar is our Director of DevOps / Managed Services and has over a decade of deep expertise in consulting experience working on Dynamics EcoSystems

He has helped direct and manage successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX\365 for multiple customers and has experience working in various domains, including Finance, Multi-Channel Retail, Supply Chain, Distribution, manufacturing, and Warehouse.

From the decade of providing implementation services, Nishant has a diverse and rich experience working with customers and partners globally, enabling them to realize the total value of their future Dynamics platform. He strives to work as a trusted advisor, playing diverse roles while working extensively in the functional and technical domains within full lifecycle implementations.

As a teacher, he also mentors’ teams to ensure operational efficiency through individual and group targets. Before joining our team, Nishant finished a BSc in Computer Science and is a worldwide trainer for Dynamics 365 for Operations.

Rohit Mehandiratta is our Sr. Technical Manager and has over a decade and a half of experience providing consulting expertise within the Microsoft Dynamics Ecosystem.

He started his career in 2005 in Dynamics and has been part of implementations in all versions of Axapta 3.0, Axapta 4.0, AX 2009, AX2012 R2 , and R3, and D365 Finance & Operations.

During his 15 years of experience, he has come across customers in various domains including NBFC, Dairy, Housing Finance, NGO, Public Sector, and Manufacturing.

Rohit is a Techno Functional consultant with a functional major in Finance side. He was part of a functional team that designed and developed an ISV for NBFC and Housing finance corporation.

He loves to work and nurture young talents. As a mentor, his Mantra is Right attitude can bring skills, but skill can’t get you the right attitude. Your attitude is more important than your capabilities.

Personally, Rohit’s hobbies include Playing table tennis, Yoga, Reading and following Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta, exploring new places, and making and meeting friends.

Team-oriented Project Manager with deep international experience in Client management, implementation & support projects on D365. Successfully implemented ERP systems for clients across the globe and catered to their needs. Led teams & believes in ONE goal when it comes to delivery.
Process-driven with experience in managing D365 Implementation & Support projects, Business analysis experience in supply chain / finance / Manufacturing modules on Finance & Operations. Driven projects from End to End (Sales to Delivery handover, Resource Planning, Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Go Live & Support).

Neha joined Alpha Variance Solutions as a Principal Consultant, bringing deep experience and expertise in the Retail and SCM domain. She has managed multiple Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and support projects.
She has worked in various industry sectors such as Automobile, Healthcare and Diagnostic, Fashion Industry, Hyper Markets, Electronics, and Food and Beverages and knows how to leverage her experience effectively and efficiently.

She believes that effective client communication, and optimum client satisfaction through qualitative, procedural support delivered within the boundaries of organizational policies is the key to a successful Implementation.

She is a firm believer in gender equality in the tech industry and strives to increase women’s contributions in this space. She shares our perspective on increasing diversity and inclusion via active outreach and supporting initiatives focused on creating diversity by actively reaching out to underrepresented groups in the tech space.

Monisha joined Alpha Variance Solutions in November 2021. After eight years of experience in the HR sector, we are thrilled to have her on board. She is not only a people person, which is a valuable quality as our HR manager, but she also thrives to develop people’s leadership and conflict management skills.

 

After finishing her MBA at VTU, she dedicated herself to becoming an expert in organizational management and succession planning, to be able to handle timebound projects and manage multiple roles. With Monisha, we have found an HR manager, with a passion for talent strategizing. She wants to create a healthy, inclusive, and safe space for employees, so her colleagues can become a better version of themselves. Her mantra is: Healthy and happy employees lead to a healthy workplace and a successful company.

Vishnu Gupta is our Technical Team Lead and has over a decade and half of consulting experience working within the Dynamics Ecosystems.

He started his career in 2011 in dynamics and has been part of implementations in all versions of AX 2009, AX2012 R2 and R3 and D365 Finance & Operations.

During his 11+ years of experience he has worked with customers in various domains including; NBFC, Dairy, Housing finance, NGO and Diagnostics.

Vishnu over his career, has worn multiple hats as per the client’s requirements, involving Development, Design, Customization, and Implementation of Applications in AX 2009, AX2012 and D365 Finance & operations. AX 2012 R3 Integration with SAP and CRM using Application Integration Framework.

AX administrative work management like AX installation, weekly maintenances, compilations, Synchronization, re-Indexing, LIVE/Test Server creation, AX License uploading. Worked on company merger. Around 15 companies merged into one company.

Personally, Vishnu’s hobbies include playing cricket, exploring new places, listening to music, making and meeting friends.

Prashanth Titus Dsouza is our Technical Team Lead, he started his career in 2018 in Dynamics (AX) and has been part of various implementations in AX2012 R3 and D365 Finance & Operations.

During his 5 years of experience, He has worked with customers in various domains including; transportations, manufacturing, and retail fashion.

Prashanth Titus Dsouza has been involved in various Developments, Customizations, and Implementation of Application in AX2012 and D365 Finance & Operations.

He has experience in working with LCS (Lifecycle Services), DevOps (Pipeline and Release), Workspace mapping, Code check-in and Code merge to VSTS (Visual Studio Team Services), ISV package installation, Data entities, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports, Logic apps, DIXF (Data Import/Export Framework), RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool).
